推动民营企业品牌建设高质量发展:以河南省为例

基于对河南省重点行业民营企业的实地调研,分析品牌建设现状、困境与突破路径。研究发现,政策支持下企业呈现理念战略化、体系系统化、创新深化、管理规范化、人才专业化、布局国际化等六大积极态势,但仍面临内外部双重困境,即内部存在认知滞后、能力薄弱,外部面临政策环境复杂、投入机制单一、评价体系混乱等制约。为此提出六条高质量发展路径:深化组织领导、设立常态化沟通机制、加强央地政企联动、加快标杆企业培育、规范品牌价值评价、开展品牌人才培训,以推动民营企业品牌建设从要素驱动向创新驱动、从规模扩张向质量效益转变,为建设品牌强国提供坚实支撑。

Abstract:

Based on field research conducted among private enterprises in key industries in Henan Province,this report analyzes the status,challenges,and potential pathways for brand building.The study identifies six policy-enabled positive trends:strategic conceptualization,systematic organization,deepened innovation,standardized governance,talent specialization,and international deployment.However,enterprises still face a dual-structural dilemma.Internally,they are constrained by lagging managerial cognition and fragile dynamic capabilities;externally,they contend with an opaque policy environment,single-channel financing mechanisms,and a fragmented evaluation system for brand equity.To address these challenges,the report proposes six pathways for high-quality development:deepening organizational leadership,establishing institutionalized communication mechanisms,enhancing multi-level government-enterprise collaboration,accelerating the cultivation of benchmark firms,standardizing brand value evaluation,and strengthening brand talent development programs.The findings indicate that transforming private-sector brand building from a factor-driven to an innovation-driven model,and from scale expansion to quality-centric growth,depends on the co-evolution of internal competencies with supportive external governance architectures.This analysis provides a scalable framework for building brand power beyond the local context of Henan.
